"Came home from work to find that my furnace wasn't working. Since the temperatures were extremely mild for November, I just left a message for them to call me the next day. Received a call by 7:25 am and told that the repair man would be there in approximately a half hour. He was at my house by 8:30 and he had it back running within 45 minutes. He went the extra step and made sure that there was no other possible issues before he left. I'd recommend Hartman Brothers Heating to anyone, they are courteous, reliable, knowledgeable and won't gouge you like some companies."

"Extremely pleased with their work! When I say I'm a picky customer, I really mean it (I'm a Training Manager for an HVAC manufacturer). These guys showed up precisely on time, were extremely courteous and professional, and did an outstanding job on my system. They were very careful moving the equipment to my mechanical room (not an easy task), did a very neat job on the install, and cleaned up so that everything was spotless when they left. I even gave them an opportunity to do a "shortcut" on my install, but they refused and said "that's not the way we do it." It was easy to tell that these techs took PRIDE in the work they were doing. "Brian showed me what was wrong with my air conditioning unit and explained everything so I could understand. He spoke to Vicki at the office regarding a needed part that would have to be ordered. They could have slapped a generic part on, but it would have only been a short-term fix. Instead of taking the easy way out, they are getting the part made for my unit so it will stay fixed, and they are coming back to finish the job as soon as they have the part. Hartman Brothers is ethical, knowledgeable, friendly, and they do the job right! I highly recommend them!"

You might be surprised to learn that your home's central air conditioning has a second important function after cooling.
