I had questions about the maintenance plan I had purchased in advance. The technician reached out to the office and clarified for me—the office was prompt with answers and the technician was very friendly, helpful and professional. We will certainly continue to purchase the annual maintenance visits with Hartman Brothers!"

"Jim went over and above as he identified a problem that other techs had not noted in the 2 years prior and took the time to educate us on the issue. We also had questions about our thermostat settings and while in our home, Jim researched and found the answer. Great service isn’t always knowing it all, but rather assessing situations, thoughtfully problem solving, and seeking answers from others when needed. Jim did all of that and we appreciate the excellent service provided."

"Ked was my "usual" service tech for many years. He was always friendly & kind...and didn't mind letting my big dog say hi. He was always professional and efficient.
