"Josh at Hartman Brothers did a good job. He quickly figured out the problem and got it fixed for 1/3 the cost I was expecting! He did not "find" problems or try to get us to upgrade, just did exactly what we needed him to do. I would strongly recommend calling Hartman Brothers for installing or repairing your AC/Heating!"

"My toilet was not functioning correctly and i was going to call someone to fix... my son in law said call Hartman...i think they do plumbing, too. I didn't know that! Hartman has taken care of my heating/air since 2001 so i didn't even hesitate to call! Brad was great and was able to remedy the issue quickly. He was polite and knowledgeable! He also showed me where to turn my water off for future reference. Another great experience with Hartman!!"

Upgrading to a condensing furnace puts you on the fast track to energy savings in the winter. Such a furnace has substantially better energy efficiency than a standard, noncondensing furnace or boiler. The term “condensing” refers to the last step in the heating cycle the furnace goes through.
If you're in the market for a new furnace, you definitely should be considering the superior energy efficiency and performance you'll get with a condensing furnace. The percentage of furnace fuel converted to heat is expressed as AFUE, or annual fuel utilization efficiency, and the condensing furnace delivers the highest AFUE ratings available today.
