"Our Sunday started with the air-conditioner not cooling our home. Monday same thing but not sure if it just couldnt keep up with the high temps. Tuesday decided to call Hartmans heating & Air Conditioning Very. Busy but said they would send a tec out on Thursday. Tec came we talked and he went to work to find the problem, We need a new start up switch , it was installed and after all his checking he gave us a smile and said we are back with the air conditioning working,, We have been with Hartmans for many years and are always so grateful, thankful for their help. Because the winters in Indiana can be brutal, when your furnace has quit working, you want it up and running again as soon as possible. Therefore, before calling a service technician, you may want to try to troubleshoot the problem yourself. This is especially wise since the majority of heating system failures occur due to thermostat malfunctions, blown fuses or tripped circuit breakers.
