"Excellent tech, found problem and repaired. Boiler had cracked wire cover, wrapped so it wouldn't arc and proceeded to order replacement. Also checked AC and showed husband where to shut off on outside so unit wouldn't kick on at same time everyday for just a minute or two,, even though AC was off for winter. Great Tech, Great Service! Under normal conditions, insulation materials don’t “wear out” or simply deteriorate. However, when affected by specific events, insulation may degrade and no longer effectively inhibit heat transfer. Also, other factors must be considered such as advances in composition and manufacture of insulating materials now on the market.
