"On Saturday, my water heater spewed lots of water in the utility portion of my garage. Unfortunately, my furnace was soaked. After my call to Hartman Bros., Darian arrived within the hour and dried out the furnace and re-started it. Hartman Bros. has been servicing my heating and cooling systems for over 30 years and have always been "johnny-on-the-spot" when I have had problems. I highly recommend them."

"Ked was my "usual" service tech for many years. He was always friendly & kind...and didn't mind letting my big dog say hi. He was always professional and efficient. I liked having the piece of mind in knowing my HVAC needs are met & running well. I have used their maintenance plan for many years now, and haven't been disappointed. Well, Caleb didn't disappoint either. He loved my "big boy" and had a great sense of humor. He was very thorough in servicing my air conditioner. I feel I get my money's worth from my maintenance plan each year. I love when they say, "Everything looks good, no problems. See you in the Fall.""

"Jim went over and above as he identified a problem that other techs had not noted in the 2 years prior and took the time to educate us on the issue. We also had questions about our thermostat settings and while in our home, Jim researched and found the answer. Great service isn’t always knowing it all, but rather assessing situations, thoughtfully problem solving, and seeking answers from others when needed. Jim did all of that and we appreciate the excellent service provided."

"Had to call to have our furnace checked out since it stopped working. Called Hartman Brothers at 8:00 a.m. on a Friday and they had someone come to the house that same day. "Love these people! We bought a brand new furnace and ac a year ago. For some crazy reason something happened to the ac Sunday when it was 91 degrees . I had a service guy here Sunday and Monday... Vicky was fabulous through it all and the guys were wonderful. They ended up working after hours and got it all fixed... Thank you from the bottom of my heart and my puppies. We're cool again!!"
