"Excellent tech, found problem and repaired. Boiler had cracked wire cover, wrapped so it wouldn't arc and proceeded to order replacement. Also checked AC and showed husband where to shut off on outside so unit wouldn't kick on at same time everyday for just a minute or two,, even though AC was off for winter. Great Tech, Great Service! Also checked and placed order for ceiling heating unit for husband 's wood-working shop."

"Furnace wasn’t working on Friday morning after thanksgiving. Called Hartman Brothers. They were able to get here in the early afternoon. They diagnosed the problem and got it fixed quickly. Communication was excellent. Price was more than I expected, but understand that parts for 20+ year old furnace are not inexpensive."

"Our technician arrived as scheduled, was courteous at the door and asked if it was OK to come into the house, after which he put his booties over his work shoes. Ice dams on the roof plague many houses during winter. An ice dam triggers damaging water leakage into the attic and even down through the ceiling into living spaces below. Common sense might suggest that ice dams on the roof result solely from severe cold. Actually, they usually happen because of a partially warmed roof.
