"Ked was my "usual" service tech for many years. He was always friendly & kind...and didn't mind letting my big dog say hi. He was always professional and efficient. Reducing your home's heating and cooling load can be a homegrown strategy. The terms refer to the amount of energy required to maintain a comfortable interior temperature.
