"Brian showed me what was wrong with my air conditioning unit and explained everything so I could understand. He spoke to Vicki at the office regarding a needed part that would have to be ordered. They could have slapped a generic part on, but it would have only been a short-term fix. Instead of taking the easy way out, they are getting the part made for my unit so it will stay fixed, and they are coming back to finish the job as soon as they have the part. Hartman Brothers is ethical, knowledgeable, friendly, and they do the job right! I highly recommend them!"

Leaving your air conditioner on when you're away is a good idea, especially if you're leaving plants or a pet behind. When the outdoor condenser runs, it makes noise, which creates the impression that you're at home, deterring an intruder from entering your home.
