"Tech was polite, professional, knowledgeable and worked quickly to resolve the issue with my furnace. I inquired about the root cause of this recurring problem and he kindly explained what was occurring to prevent the furnace from igniting, and what he had done to resolve the current issue, which I appreciated very much! "Our Sunday started with the air-conditioner not cooling our home. Monday same thing but not sure if it just couldnt keep up with the high temps. Tuesday decided to call Hartmans heating & Air Conditioning Very. Busy but said they would send a tec out on Thursday. Tec came we talked and he went to work to find the problem, We need a new start up switch , it was installed and after all his checking he gave us a smile and said we are back with the air conditioning working,, We have been with Hartmans for many years and are always so grateful, thankful for their help. Give them a calll."

"AMAZING customer service!! My a/c went out this weekend - yes, THIS weekend the hottest weekend of the year. I called the office and they were able to have a service technician out within 5 hours. The truck was a sight for hot and sore eyes for sure.
He did a wonderful job finding and fixing the problem as quickly as possible. 10/10 highly recommend!!"

If you haven't had an ice dam on your roof, consider yourself lucky. These home wreckers can cause all kinds of damage to your roof, attic, ceilings and walls. They are caused when melting snow pools up behind a wall of ice at the edge of the roof. This water backs up under shingling and leaks into the attic area and along the inside of the exterior walls of the home.
