"Excellent tech, found problem and repaired. Boiler had cracked wire cover, wrapped so it wouldn't arc and proceeded to order replacement. Also checked AC and showed husband where to shut off on outside so unit wouldn't kick on at same time everyday for just a minute or two,, even though AC was off for winter. Great Tech, Great Service! Also checked and placed order for ceiling heating unit for husband 's wood-working shop."

A lot can happen to your furnace or boiler while you're not looking. Regular maintenance including changing filters and cleaning your heating system can prevent a lot of issues, but problems can still occur with little warning.
