"Every thing went well, even though he had bad news that the unit needed to be replaced due to the fact that the unit was 18 years old and the refrigerant used in the day was R22 that it cant be purchased because of government regulations, now we will see what the estimate will be. A lot can happen to your furnace or boiler while you're not looking. Regular maintenance including changing filters and cleaning your heating system can prevent a lot of issues, but problems can still occur with little warning.
