"I've had Hartman's install new Bryant H/Vac systems in 2 houses now and I've been pleased with the outcome at both houses. They are local, on time and reasonably priced. I've had a couple minor problems and Hartman Bros treated me fairly and took care of the issues. You don't buy 2 complete H/Vac systems from someone you don't trust or has treated you unfairly."

"Our Sunday started with the air-conditioner not cooling our home. Monday same thing but not sure if it just couldnt keep up with the high temps. Tuesday decided to call Hartmans heating & Air Conditioning Very. Busy but said they would send a tec out on Thursday. Tec came we talked and he went to work to find the problem, We need a new start up switch , it was installed and after all his checking he gave us a smile and said we are back with the air conditioning working,, We have been with Hartmans for many years and are always so grateful, thankful for their help. "Extremely pleased with their work! When I say I'm a picky customer, I really mean it (I'm a Training Manager for an HVAC manufacturer). These guys showed up precisely on time, were extremely courteous and professional, and did an outstanding job on my system. They were very careful moving the equipment to my mechanical room (not an easy task), did a very neat job on the install, and cleaned up so that everything was spotless when they left. I even gave them an opportunity to do a "shortcut" on my install, but they refused and said "that's not the way we do it." It was easy to tell that these techs took PRIDE in the work they were doing. I can't even begin to tell you how much I would recommend this small business from New Haven, IN to do any HVAC work. "Excellent tech, found problem and repaired. Boiler had cracked wire cover, wrapped so it wouldn't arc and proceeded to order replacement. Also checked AC and showed husband where to shut off on outside so unit wouldn't kick on at same time everyday for just a minute or two,, even though AC was off for winter. Great Tech, Great Service! Also checked and placed order for ceiling heating unit for husband 's wood-working shop."
