"Love these people! We bought a brand new furnace and ac a year ago. For some crazy reason something happened to the ac Sunday when it was 91 degrees . I had a service guy here Sunday and Monday... Just like a car, your water heater needs attention and tune-ups in order to continue working efficiently. Draining and flushing out sediment from your water heater is an important task. Not cleaning out the sediment regularly can lead to many problems.
