They went above my expectations to find my part do it didn't have to be ordered. My Trane furnace is old. "Ked came on time for my semi-annual scheduled appointment, checked out the furnace and changed the filter. He spent a considerable amount of time trying to track and fix a problem with my smart hub, but stayed with it until we think it is fixed. This is the third HVAC system I have purchased from Hartman Brothers over the past 40 years and I have always been pleased with their service, product and personnel. That is why I still use them. Took them awhile to convince me the annual maintenance program is a good deal, but with all the electronics in the new systems, the system needs care and feeding from a professional! I am glad I finally listened!"

A power outage that leaves you without lights, hot water and heat can compromise your comfort and safety if you're not prepared. There's no way to predict how long an outage might last, but planning ahead and having a three-day supply of necessities on hand can make it easier to cope.
