"Ked came on time for my semi-annual scheduled appointment, checked out the furnace and changed the filter. He spent a considerable amount of time trying to track and fix a problem with my smart hub, but stayed with it until we think it is fixed. This is the third HVAC system I have purchased from Hartman Brothers over the past 40 years and I have always been pleased with their service, product and personnel. That is why I still use them. Took them awhile to convince me the annual maintenance program is a good deal, but with all the electronics in the new systems, the system needs care and feeding from a professional! The lingering smell of smoke indoors from the kitchen, an extinguished candle, or cigarettes can be exasperating. Air fresheners, sprays, and scented candles only mask the smoke smell temporarily. Even the time-honored tradition of opening the window only dilutes the odor without removing the smell permanently. Thankfully, there are ways to get rid of the odor permanently.
