Josh, our tech, came out and checked everything out and discovered it was a programming issue on the digital thermostat. He set it correctly and heat is now working. The level of service of Hartman is phenomenal! "Excellent tech, found problem and repaired. Boiler had cracked wire cover, wrapped so it wouldn't arc and proceeded to order replacement. Also checked AC and showed husband where to shut off on outside so unit wouldn't kick on at same time everyday for just a minute or two,, even though AC was off for winter. Great Tech, Great Service! Also checked and placed order for ceiling heating unit for husband 's wood-working shop."

"Love these people! We bought a brand new furnace and ac a year ago. For some crazy reason something happened to the ac Sunday when it was 91 degrees . I had a service guy here Sunday and Monday... The lingering smell of smoke indoors from the kitchen, an extinguished candle, or cigarettes can be exasperating. Air fresheners, sprays, and scented candles only mask the smoke smell temporarily.
