We also had questions about our thermostat settings and while in our home, Jim researched and found the answer. Great service isn’t always knowing it all, but rather assessing situations, thoughtfully problem solving, and seeking answers from others when needed. "Ked was my "usual" service tech for many years. He was always friendly & kind...and didn't mind letting my big dog say hi. He was always professional and efficient. I liked having the piece of mind in knowing my HVAC needs are met & running well. I have used their maintenance plan for many years now, and haven't been disappointed. The lingering smell of smoke indoors from the kitchen, an extinguished candle, or cigarettes can be exasperating. Air fresheners, sprays, and scented candles only mask the smoke smell temporarily. Even the time-honored tradition of opening the window only dilutes the odor without removing the smell permanently. Thankfully, there are ways to get rid of the odor permanently.
