"Our technician arrived as scheduled, was courteous at the door and asked if it was OK to come into the house, after which he put his booties over his work shoes. He (I wish I knew his name) seemed to complete his tasks efficiently, cleaned up his workspace and gave a thorough rendition of the condition of our AC unit. "We purchased our home just a few days ago and the heat was not working, and we were in single digit temps in this area. Josh, our tech, came out and checked everything out and discovered it was a programming issue on the digital thermostat. He set it correctly and heat is now working. The level of service of Hartman is phenomenal! "On Saturday, my water heater spewed lots of water in the utility portion of my garage. Unfortunately, my furnace was soaked. After my call to Hartman Bros., Darian arrived within the hour and dried out the furnace and re-started it. Hartman Bros. has been servicing my heating and cooling systems for over 30 years and have always been "johnny-on-the-spot" when I have had problems. I highly recommend them."

It’s sometimes tempting to use a space heater in the fall before heating season is in full swing. You may need heating in one small area only or you haven’t had the heating system serviced yet. Space heaters will supply the heat you need for a specific area, but before you go forward, consider their pros and cons.
