"Ked was my "usual" service tech for many years. He was always friendly & kind...and didn't mind letting my big dog say hi. He was always professional and efficient. I liked having the piece of mind in knowing my HVAC needs are met & running well. I have used their maintenance plan for many years now, and haven't been disappointed. Well, Caleb didn't disappoint either. He loved my "big boy" and had a great sense of humor. He was very thorough in servicing my air conditioner. "My toilet was not functioning correctly and i was going to call someone to fix... my son in law said call Hartman...i think they do plumbing, too. I didn't know that! Hartman has taken care of my heating/air since 2001 so i didn't even hesitate to call! Brad was great and was able to remedy the issue quickly. He was polite and knowledgeable! If you're tired of high utility bills, but want to stay cool over the summer, it may be time to try out a two-stage cooling system. Unlike traditional air conditioners that only have one setting on their compressor, paired with a variable air handler (or fan), a two-stage cooling system will actually have a variable speed on its compressor. This means with two-stage cooling, you can control how much cold air you're paying to generate at any particular time, as well as how fast it's being disbursed, making the system more energy efficient.
