"Excellent tech, found problem and repaired. Boiler had cracked wire cover, wrapped so it wouldn't arc and proceeded to order replacement. "Ked came on time for my semi-annual scheduled appointment, checked out the furnace and changed the filter. He spent a considerable amount of time trying to track and fix a problem with my smart hub, but stayed with it until we think it is fixed.
