"Love these people! We bought a brand new furnace and ac a year ago. For some crazy reason something happened to the ac Sunday when it was 91 degrees . I had a service guy here Sunday and Monday... The federal government recognizes this and offers geothermal tax credits for any homeowner who installs a qualifying system in a primary or vacation home.
