"Every thing went well, even though he had bad news that the unit needed to be replaced due to the fact that the unit was 18 years old and the refrigerant used in the day was R22 that it cant be purchased because of government regulations, now we will see what the estimate will be. "Ked came on time for my semi-annual scheduled appointment, checked out the furnace and changed the filter. He spent a considerable amount of time trying to track and fix a problem with my smart hub, but stayed with it until we think it is fixed. This is the third HVAC system I have purchased from Hartman Brothers over the past 40 years and I have always been pleased with their service, product and personnel. That is why I still use them. Took them awhile to convince me the annual maintenance program is a good deal, but with all the electronics in the new systems, the system needs care and feeding from a professional! I am glad I finally listened!"

"We purchased our home just a few days ago and the heat was not working, and we were in single digit temps in this area. Josh, our tech, came out and checked everything out and discovered it was a programming issue on the digital thermostat. He set it correctly and heat is now working. The level of service of Hartman is phenomenal! "Furnace wasn’t working on Friday morning after thanksgiving. Called Hartman Brothers. They were able to get here in the early afternoon. They diagnosed the problem and got it fixed quickly. Communication was excellent. Price was more than I expected, but understand that parts for 20+ year old furnace are not inexpensive."
