"I signed up for a service plan, as I’m not much of a handyman myself. They had a variety of payment options with the service plan, so I was able to start monthly payments, which works best for me. Our service person was polite, and he explained everything in terms I had no problems understanding. I had an additional issue with an attic duct being chewed through. He got up there and got pictures right away so they could put together an estimate. Same visit, no hassle. And because of the service plan, there was no charge for the system check. I just let him in, showed him around, and he worked his magic. No regrets here. There’s a very good chance I’ll just keep up this service plan for the entire time I own my home."

"Our technician arrived as scheduled, was courteous at the door and asked if it was OK to come into the house, after which he put his booties over his work shoes. He (I wish I knew his name) seemed to complete his tasks efficiently, cleaned up his workspace and gave a thorough rendition of the condition of our AC unit. "Our air conditioning went out today. My husband called Hartman Brothers. They were here within 30 minutes. I can’t remember the guy’s name but he was very nice and did a great job! Hopefully we won’t have any more problems but if we do, we’ll call Hartman’s."
