He did not "find" problems or try to get us to upgrade, just did exactly what we needed him to do. I would strongly recommend calling Hartman Brothers for installing or repairing your AC/Heating!"

They gave us an appointment right away, and the technician knew what our issue was based on my husband's conversation with the scheduler. As a result, he came prepared to fix our problem. "Came home from work to find that my furnace wasn't working. Since the temperatures were extremely mild for November, I just left a message for them to call me the next day. Received a call by 7:25 am and told that the repair man would be there in approximately a half hour. He was at my house by 8:30 and he had it back running within 45 minutes. He went the extra step and made sure that there was no other possible issues before he left. I'd recommend Hartman Brothers Heating to anyone, they are courteous, reliable, knowledgeable and won't gouge you like some companies."
