"Brian showed me what was wrong with my air conditioning unit and explained everything so I could understand. He spoke to Vicki at the office regarding a needed part that would have to be ordered. They could have slapped a generic part on, but it would have only been a short-term fix. Instead of taking the easy way out, they are getting the part made for my unit so it will stay fixed, and they are coming back to finish the job as soon as they have the part. Hartman Brothers is ethical, knowledgeable, friendly, and they do the job right! I highly recommend them!"

However, if you're in the know, and are aware of the wintertime benefits of ceiling fans, it's important that when spring arrives, you remember to reverse the blade rotation direction of your ceiling fan back to the default setting for cooling (counterclockwise). Otherwise, you'll miss the cooling effect of your ceiling fans when it gets hot outside.
