"Came home from work to find that my furnace wasn't working. Since the temperatures were extremely mild for November, I just left a message for them to call me the next day. Received a call by 7:25 am and told that the repair man would be there in approximately a half hour. He was at my house by 8:30 and he had it back running within 45 minutes. He went the extra step and made sure that there was no other possible issues before he left. I'd recommend Hartman Brothers Heating to anyone, they are courteous, reliable, knowledgeable and won't gouge you like some companies."

"Love these people! We bought a brand new furnace and ac a year ago. For some crazy reason something happened to the ac Sunday when it was 91 degrees . I had a service guy here Sunday and Monday... "22 years ago Hartman's installed our furnace/AC. When the unit recently started having serious issues Hartman's tried to repair the unit, spending a few hours but the aging unit had given all it could and wouldn't stay fired after the flame sense was cleaned and the rest of the unit examined.
That tech, who's name I have unfortunately lost - possibly Jim, thoroughly explained everything during his inspection so I could relay the information to my husband.
After I discussed financing options with Hartman's for the replacement Rick Hartman cared for every detail and made the transition seamless. Our issue began on 3/10 and the replacement unit was installed on 3/14; a needed part was driven overnight to meet the installation date. Kevin and Jason from the install crew were very knowledgeable, professional and quickly fabricated a 3 in metal base for a perfect fit. This crew comes prepared! Josh set the unit air force specs 4 times until we found my personal preference. Roger Hartman came out during installation to give us our paperwork and check with the install crew. The installation was completed in 7 hrs and the crew never took a break! I would hire Hartman's any day for a red carpet customer service satisfaction experience with a company that has a great reputation, a friendly and professional crew with many years of accumulated experience, all the employees clearly work well together and have excellent knowledge and workmanship and work ethics. I highly recommend Hartman's, you won't be disappointed. They not only arrived on time but we're actually a little early!

When you're planning a renovation or adding more livable space, heating and cooling it can become an issue, especially if it would be difficult or expensive to extend ducts from your current HVAC system. However, ductless mini-splits are excellent ways to condition a space without ducts, since these heat pumps vent air directly into a space. Like a regular air-source heat pump, a mini-split has two main parts: an outdoor compressor/condenser and one or more interior air handlers. A conduit connects these parts.
