"Every thing went well, even though he had bad news that the unit needed to be replaced due to the fact that the unit was 18 years old and the refrigerant used in the day was R22 that it cant be purchased because of government regulations, now we will see what the estimate will be. "Ked was my "usual" service tech for many years. He was always friendly & kind...and didn't mind letting my big dog say hi. He was always professional and efficient. I liked having the piece of mind in knowing my HVAC needs are met & running well. I have used their maintenance plan for many years now, and haven't been disappointed. "Excellent tech, found problem and repaired. Boiler had cracked wire cover, wrapped so it wouldn't arc and proceeded to order replacement. Also checked AC and showed husband where to shut off on outside so unit wouldn't kick on at same time everyday for just a minute or two,, even though AC was off for winter. Great Tech, Great Service! Also checked and placed order for ceiling heating unit for husband 's wood-working shop."
