"AMAZING customer service!! My a/c went out this weekend - yes, THIS weekend the hottest weekend of the year. I called the office and they were able to have a service technician out within 5 hours. The truck was a sight for hot and sore eyes for sure.

"My toilet was not functioning correctly and i was going to call someone to fix... my son in law said call Hartman...i think they do plumbing, too. I didn't know that! Hartman has taken care of my heating/air since 2001 so i didn't even hesitate to call! Brad was great and was able to remedy the issue quickly. He was polite and knowledgeable! A lot of factors go into the decision to purchase home comfort equipment and select a provider to install it; HVAC warranties should be on your list of features to compare. Most HVAC equipment manufacturers have a warranty policy, but they are not all the same. HVAC contractors may also offer a separate warranty program, but not all companies do this, so if it's important to you, be sure to ask your contractor what type of warranty they offer and what equipment it includes.
