"Ked came on time for my semi-annual scheduled appointment, checked out the furnace and changed the filter. He spent a considerable amount of time trying to track and fix a problem with my smart hub, but stayed with it until we think it is fixed. This is the third HVAC system I have purchased from Hartman Brothers over the past 40 years and I have always been pleased with their service, product and personnel. That is why I still use them. Took them awhile to convince me the annual maintenance program is a good deal, but with all the electronics in the new systems, the system needs care and feeding from a professional! A lot of factors go into the decision to purchase home comfort equipment and select a provider to install it; HVAC warranties should be on your list of features to compare. Most HVAC equipment manufacturers have a warranty policy, but they are not all the same. HVAC contractors may also offer a separate warranty program, but not all companies do this, so if it's important to you, be sure to ask your contractor what type of warranty they offer and what equipment it includes.
