"We reached out to Hartman Brothers as our previous place was actually rude and acted like didnt care as we had an issue with the AC. Our systems at that point were about 14 years old. We got a quote from previous place and i about fell off my chair. Called Hartman Brothers and asked if they could provide a quote for us on both and in AC alone. Super impressed as Rick came out next morning. Looked at what we currently had and that same day had a complete quote to us. We were scheduled for May 26 install however they had a cancellation and came out May 17. Both techs were super amazing. Talked with us with everything and answered all of our questions. They came out a little before 8am and everything was installed and working by 2pm. Cleaned up their stuff ( which was great as we have 3 dogs). Never have we experienced this type of professionalism from any company. We are all so pleased with Hartman Brothers including Vicki in the office. She was great helping me and explaining the maintenance agreement. If you ever need a great team you wont be disappointed with Hartman Brothers ! We thank you all for helping us and doing a great job. It was also great we kept it local as well. Glad to be a part of the Hartman Brothers family now ! Thank you again."

Their technician spent several hours thoroughly troubleshooting my tankless water heater, walking through the issues clearly and professionally. There was no upselling, no pressure, and no shortcuts—just honest, methodical work.
Based on their findings, I chose to upgrade to a new tankless water heater, and the decision was entirely mine. At no point did they try to push a sale or steer me toward anything unnecessary. The installation was clean, the communication was excellent, and the entire process felt transparent and trustworthy.
It’s clear why they have such a strong reputation in the Fort Wayne area. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine customer‑first approach really stand out. I’m very happy with the new system and with the service I received.

"Came home from work to find that my furnace wasn't working. Since the temperatures were extremely mild for November, I just left a message for them to call me the next day. Received a call by 7:25 am and told that the repair man would be there in approximately a half hour. He was at my house by 8:30 and he had it back running within 45 minutes. He went the extra step and made sure that there was no other possible issues before he left. I'd recommend Hartman Brothers Heating to anyone, they are courteous, reliable, knowledgeable and won't gouge you like some companies."
