"Came home from work to find that my furnace wasn't working. Since the temperatures were extremely mild for November, I just left a message for them to call me the next day. Received a call by 7:25 am and told that the repair man would be there in approximately a half hour. He was at my house by 8:30 and he had it back running within 45 minutes. He went the extra step and made sure that there was no other possible issues before he left. I'd recommend Hartman Brothers Heating to anyone, they are courteous, reliable, knowledgeable and won't gouge you like some companies."

"Ked was my "usual" service tech for many years. He was always friendly & kind...and didn't mind letting my big dog say hi. He was always professional and efficient. It can get pretty humid in Fort Wayne over the summer. On the days where the humidity is at its worst, it may even appear that your A/C isn't doing as much as usual to combat the heat. In reality, the unit is probably fighting a losing battle with humidity, which can make the house feel warmer, even when the thermostat says the A/C is doing its job.
