"My toilet was not functioning correctly and i was going to call someone to fix... my son in law said call Hartman...i think they do plumbing, too. I didn't know that! Hartman has taken care of my heating/air since 2001 so i didn't even hesitate to call! Brad was great and was able to remedy the issue quickly. He was polite and knowledgeable! "I had ample notice of arrival via text. Technician picture was provided for safety and I appreciated that. Kept a clean work area and wore shoe covers inside the house. I had questions about the maintenance plan I had purchased in advance. The technician reached out to the office and clarified for me—the office was prompt with answers and the technician was very friendly, helpful and professional. It can get pretty humid in Fort Wayne over the summer. On the days where the humidity is at its worst, it may even appear that your A/C isn't doing as much as usual to combat the heat. In reality, the unit is probably fighting a losing battle with humidity, which can make the house feel warmer, even when the thermostat says the A/C is doing its job.
