He (I wish I knew his name) seemed to complete his tasks efficiently, cleaned up his workspace and gave a thorough rendition of the condition of our AC unit. "I've had Hartman's install new Bryant H/Vac systems in 2 houses now and I've been pleased with the outcome at both houses. They are local, on time and reasonably priced. I've had a couple minor problems and Hartman Bros treated me fairly and took care of the issues. You don't buy 2 complete H/Vac systems from someone you don't trust or has treated you unfairly."

"Ked was my "usual" service tech for many years. He was always friendly & kind...and didn't mind letting my big dog say hi. He was always professional and efficient. "Every thing went well, even though he had bad news that the unit needed to be replaced due to the fact that the unit was 18 years old and the refrigerant used in the day was R22 that it cant be purchased because of government regulations, now we will see what the estimate will be.
