"Ked came on time for my semi-annual scheduled appointment, checked out the furnace and changed the filter. He spent a considerable amount of time trying to track and fix a problem with my smart hub, but stayed with it until we think it is fixed. This is the third HVAC system I have purchased from Hartman Brothers over the past 40 years and I have always been pleased with their service, product and personnel. That is why I still use them. Took them awhile to convince me the annual maintenance program is a good deal, but with all the electronics in the new systems, the system needs care and feeding from a professional! While you probably take it for granted, there's no denying the outdoor HVAC unit of your central air conditioner or heat pump isn't exactly winning you any landscaping awards. It does serve an essential function, though, keeping your family cool throughout the summer, and if it's a heat pump, warm in the winter, too. However, wouldn't it be nice to hide or otherwise camouflage your outdoor HVAC unit? This also would serve the purpose of eliminating a temptation for potential thieves.
