"Came home from work to find that my furnace wasn't working. Since the temperatures were extremely mild for November, I just left a message for them to call me the next day. Received a call by 7:25 am and told that the repair man would be there in approximately a half hour. He was at my house by 8:30 and he had it back running within 45 minutes. He went the extra step and made sure that there was no other possible issues before he left. I'd recommend Hartman Brothers Heating to anyone, they are courteous, reliable, knowledgeable and won't gouge you like some companies."

"Our AC went out and they sent someone out within a few hours and the problem was fixed quickly. With our service membership we also got a discount so the repair price was reasonable. "Love these people! We bought a brand new furnace and ac a year ago. For some crazy reason something happened to the ac Sunday when it was 91 degrees . I had a service guy here Sunday and Monday... Vicky was fabulous through it all and the guys were wonderful. They ended up working after hours and got it all fixed... Thank you from the bottom of my heart and my puppies. We're cool again!!"

"Brian showed me what was wrong with my air conditioning unit and explained everything so I could understand. He spoke to Vicki at the office regarding a needed part that would have to be ordered. They could have slapped a generic part on, but it would have only been a short-term fix. Instead of taking the easy way out, they are getting the part made for my unit so it will stay fixed, and they are coming back to finish the job as soon as they have the part. Hartman Brothers is ethical, knowledgeable, friendly, and they do the job right! I highly recommend them!"

While you probably take it for granted, there's no denying the outdoor HVAC unit of your central air conditioner or heat pump isn't exactly winning you any landscaping awards. It does serve an essential function, though, keeping your family cool throughout the summer, and if it's a heat pump, warm in the winter, too. However, wouldn't it be nice to hide or otherwise camouflage your outdoor HVAC unit? This also would serve the purpose of eliminating a temptation for potential thieves.
