"Our technician arrived as scheduled, was courteous at the door and asked if it was OK to come into the house, after which he put his booties over his work shoes. He (I wish I knew his name) seemed to complete his tasks efficiently, cleaned up his workspace and gave a thorough rendition of the condition of our AC unit. "AMAZING customer service!! My a/c went out this weekend - yes, THIS weekend the hottest weekend of the year. I called the office and they were able to have a service technician out within 5 hours. The truck was a sight for hot and sore eyes for sure.

"Love these people! We bought a brand new furnace and ac a year ago. For some crazy reason something happened to the ac Sunday when it was 91 degrees . I had a service guy here Sunday and Monday... Vicky was fabulous through it all and the guys were wonderful. They ended up working after hours and got it all fixed... Thank you from the bottom of my heart and my puppies. We're cool again!!"

While you probably take it for granted, there's no denying the outdoor HVAC unit of your central air conditioner or heat pump isn't exactly winning you any landscaping awards. It does serve an essential function, though, keeping your family cool throughout the summer, and if it's a heat pump, warm in the winter, too. However, wouldn't it be nice to hide or otherwise camouflage your outdoor HVAC unit? This also would serve the purpose of eliminating a temptation for potential thieves.
