"We purchased our home just a few days ago and the heat was not working, and we were in single digit temps in this area. Josh, our tech, came out and checked everything out and discovered it was a programming issue on the digital thermostat. He set it correctly and heat is now working. The level of service of Hartman is phenomenal! Vickie in the office deserves a big thank you as the house was at 45 when I called and she saw to it that we were worked into their busy service request schedule."

"My toilet was not functioning correctly and i was going to call someone to fix... my son in law said call Hartman...i think they do plumbing, too. I didn't know that! Hartman has taken care of my heating/air since 2001 so i didn't even hesitate to call! Brad was great and was able to remedy the issue quickly. He was polite and knowledgeable! For more than two years, there has been a legal battle between the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and several HVAC trade organizations over regional HVAC system efficiency standards. The long-running dispute has come to a close with a recent court decision that accepted a joint settlement agreement that was filed on March 11.
About 40 percent of the energy consumed by the U.S. residential sector is for space heating purposes. That makes raising gas furnace efficiency standards a huge target for
