"Brian showed me what was wrong with my air conditioning unit and explained everything so I could understand. He spoke to Vicki at the office regarding a needed part that would have to be ordered. They could have slapped a generic part on, but it would have only been a short-term fix. Instead of taking the easy way out, they are getting the part made for my unit so it will stay fixed, and they are coming back to finish the job as soon as they have the part. Hartman Brothers is ethical, knowledgeable, friendly, and they do the job right! I highly recommend them!"

"Ked was my "usual" service tech for many years. He was always friendly & kind...and didn't mind letting my big dog say hi. He was always professional and efficient. I liked having the piece of mind in knowing my HVAC needs are met & running well. I have used their maintenance plan for many years now, and haven't been disappointed. Well, Caleb didn't disappoint either. He loved my "big boy" and had a great sense of humor. He was very thorough in servicing my air conditioner. "Love these people! We bought a brand new furnace and ac a year ago. For some crazy reason something happened to the ac Sunday when it was 91 degrees . I had a service guy here Sunday and Monday...
