I had questions about the maintenance plan I had purchased in advance. The technician reached out to the office and clarified for me—the office was prompt with answers and the technician was very friendly, helpful and professional. "We purchased our home just a few days ago and the heat was not working, and we were in single digit temps in this area. Josh, our tech, came out and checked everything out and discovered it was a programming issue on the digital thermostat. He set it correctly and heat is now working.
